Plz let me know

I have yet to properly start the game once, as each time it simply plays some music and shows a few frames of opening_cinematic.mp4 that are darkened. The issue continues when the video stops, and the game goes onto a black screen. Sometimes it fullscreens itself right after, but it has completely yet to bring me to a menu or anything. From there, nothing happens. I've tried reinstalling, deleting files, and nothing seems to work....

This has been an issue in the past where the game would refuse to actually save data for some users, then would magically fix itself after a couple days. And that charge attack is the real ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥; an attack that is a guaranteed instant kill if it hits you, and she's not slow either. A final boss is meant to test you to your absolute limits, not give you an aneurysm; if you need cheat codes to make a fight fair, you have some serious balance issues that must be addressed....
